Very friendly and effective office staff (probably owners). Comfortable big room, with kitchenette, equiped with coffee maker (coffee grounds provided), stove, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster. There were dishes and cutlery we did not use, as we had our own. The bathroom was recently renovated, and very clean. Excellent wifi speed.
The kitchenette area was a bit dark. A light fixture there would be good. The chairs were well used, some updating would be good. The TV was in a weird position, 90 degrees from the beds, but not much could be done given the configuration of the room. We were too tired to watch TV anyway.

The hotel is nice and close to Goderich. The room was very nice, the beds were comfortable, the staff was so friendly. We were so surprised to see the amount of things provided - dishes, microwave, fridge, stove top, all you need to prepare breakfast.
We will recommend this hotel to others.

It was a short drive to everywhere we wanted to go. It was a big room and very clean and had everything we needed. We only needed a place to sleep so we don’t need a lot of frills. The owners were kind and take pride in their property. Bed was comfy too
I would have liked to be within walking distance of the things we wanted to see.

Good channel line-up; nice firm pillows, and great water pressure in shower!
When I first arrived after a long drive, the front attendant was quite impatient and rude in answering my questions. Her heavy accent was hard to hear and she couldn’t be bothered with questions and I am very friendly and empathetic type of person.
