Even though construction, what’s going on at the property, both the staff at the hotel and the construction workers were very courteous and helpful. A special shout out to Camara who won the extra mile and helped us bring down our luggage because of a power outage in the general area. Additionally, everyone was very special, especially the front desk.

Breakfast was great!
Hotter shower. Construction noise.

Very clean, great location for airport and cruise terminal access.
Front staff was very unfriendly, did not use my husband’s honor member number after trying to tell her twice. Then she became very short with us about it.
