Friendly staff. Great breakfast and clean foom.

The staff was very friendly!! They were helpful and answered any questions and were accommodating to any issue. The breakfast was spectacular! I could have had seconds if I had room and time.

If I'm being blunt, I was surprised there wasn't a hot tub but that's my fault for not checking. There were cobwebs in the window like on the inside part I did take pictures there was also crumbs in the fridge and yes I took photos and it looked to be what was mold in the bathroom in the ceiling and I realized I forgot to take a photo of that but I remember what room we were in. The one night we were there there were some issues with the bathtub that I didn't know till the next morning. While I was taking stuff out the girls were going down for breakfast and they told me that there was stuff in the bath when I looked there was remnants of some dark matter. And she told me that at night they heard what sounded like someone draining the bath but no one was in there. The girls were sleeping on the beds and I was on the pull-out couch. Which it wasn't comfortable and I understand they're not really comfortable so I'm not complaining about that but it just seems like the couch maybe needs a good steam to help get rid of some of those stains. There was also stains on the wall in the kitchen that were a little yucky looking. Now I don't complain and I didn't say anything about all of this besides the tub. Because I know how things can be and I'm just happy we had somewhere to stay. I do also wish they were more clear on the parking. Because they didn't give me any paper they didn't ask what I drove or anything so it was confusing cuz I was worried about my car being towed away. I actually went down to the front desk at like 10:40 at night to make sure I was okay because I realized they never asked what car I drove or gave me a paper to help pay for this $15 parking. Which they did kindly remove because of the issue with the tub which I wasn't expecting but as a single mom I was very grateful for. I forgot to mention looking at my pictures that there was a weird substance on the curtains in the living room area.

The location was great! The morning staff were very helpful, offering to help us to "make things right" before we ultimately decided to leave for a different hotel due to the issues we experienced.

We arrived 3 hours after our check-in time to find out the room we booked 10 days earlier was not immediately available. We ended up getting placed in a new room that recently passed inspection after their ongoing renovations. There were signs of debris (drywall/plaster) in some areas around the base of the couch and bed, which we didn't really mind, but was noticeable. Our room was missing some basic amenities including soap, pillows and bedding for the pullout bed. When we asked the evening staff to help us out, it took over an hour to get pillows, and we had to wait until housekeeping made their rounds the next day for a bar of soap. After stocking the fridge with groceries, we found there was a short that caused the circuit breaker to blow, leading to us throwing out most of our food. We reset the breaker, and it blew again in the next 24 hours while we were out of the hotel, eliminating the rest of the food we had stocked. When we mentioned the fridge issue to the evening front desk staff, we were told we weren't the only room in the wing experiencing the issue and they would have an electrician out sometime in the next few days. This message was delivered to us without any concern or empathy, almost as if we were inconveniencing the evening staff member. This ultimately led to our decision to leave the hotel and request a refund.
