Exceptional service from the first minute. Check-in was 200%, I never experienced such a good service. Washing machine and dryer were in the suite, which was fantastic.

The location is excellent, close to everything. The staff were so nice and helpful. The reservations team communicated well before arrival. Quiet, even though you are in the heart of nightlife.
Nothing! I just regret not having booked our full term in Toronto with the same property.

Great central location Downtown across from the Eaton Shopping Centre. We walked almost everywhere and rarely required an uber.
Although we didn’t cook, the kitchen had everything you needed.
The staff were very friendly and super helpful and if we return to Toronto we would certainly stay here again
Nothing, we had a great stay. a very minor thing would be I would’ve preferred a better hairdryer as being from Europe the one I brought didn’t work well.

The entire property was exceptional. Very esthetically pleasing and also very clean. The unit itself was very spacious. Loved that there were two full restrooms.
The pull out couch had a slight off odor and wasn’t incredibly comfortable but the actual bed was very comfortable. The smaller or the two restrooms in the until had a shower that leaked out of the side but once this was discovered we used only the shower in the larger bathroom so not really that big of a deal
