Fantastic location with secure parking included. Nice that the building complex had a hot tub you could access too. Would recommend for people just needing somewhere to sleep after exploring the area. Clean, comfortable room and a nice balcony.

Although I appreciate all of the correspondence to make it clear how to access the property, the process was incredibly stressful and inefficient and the additional signing of damage waivers etc made you terrified of doing anything in the room. Having to park up in a 15 minute time limited bay, find the building entrance, buzz an intercom, wait for an answer, have 30 seconds to enter the lift, find the room, enter a door code and then return back down in the lift to the parking so that you now have the fob to access the parking garage was ridiculous. I was lucky that someone else was with me so could stay with the car! Also, there is no housekeeping unless organised as a paid extra, which i'm ok with as we only had 3 nights, but given that length of stay I would have expected to have enough coffee supplies and shower supplies to last that time so I am not additionally out of pocket needing to bring my own.

Location was perfect in the middle of Whistler North

It wasn’t straightforward getting into the property and the intercom was impossible to hear properly. The bed we had needed a new mattress - you could feel the springs in the night.

The facility itself was fully adequate. It had a nice hot tub. room was nice with a full kitchen.

The one thing that was so horrible that it made the whole rest of experience, barely worth it was checking in. It took me over two hours to check in and no one seemed to know how to get me up to my room. The keys were in the room, but I couldn’t get up to the room to get them. Finally, a nice lady who wasn’t even responsible for check-in to my room. Let me up. The code worked and I was able to get in, but this was after two exceedingly frustrating hours.
