The pool. Looks unclean

Staff was friendly, and the hotel was in a good location. Dog friendly and had a gift for her, which was nice. Breakfast was really good.
The pool was murky, the attendant left on break for a long time, so we could not use the waterslide. Facilities needed repair, the pool as there was broken tiles, and there was a broken tiles in our bathroom.

Cleanliness and Convenience

The location was OK, and the environment was ambient. We enjoyed the gym facilities and the complimentary breakfast was nice. The staff were also polite and helpful during the duration of our stay.
Disappointed with the structure of the family suite, which had both beds in the same space without delineation; there was no electric kettle for tea, forcing us to go to the lobby for hot water. Some complimentary bathroom slippers would have been nice.
