The cleanliness and fact a fridge was in the room was great!
The breakfast service was not up to par! We waited for 30 mins for service and finally got our own coffee from the ‘self serve’ area. Options were given to us once we got up and asked questions. UNACCEPTABLE!!

Staff was great, rooms were very clean and modern. Bathroom was very nice.
Only one elevator was operational and it was very slow. There also was no access to stairs from the lobby.

Shower head was not adjustable.

Coffee/water/tea set up for guests on the main floor in the morning
Breakfast wasn't included. The bed only had a comforter that was tucked into the bottom of the bed. No extra pillows or comforters in the room. It felt like I was in a bed that was "short sheeted" Skimpy and couldn't pull the covers up properly.

"We had an issue with our T.V and the person at the front desk promptly got us a new room and helped us with the issue. The restaurant was great, food was great and very reasonably priced. My son enjoy..."
