Staff. Location. Room size.

It was very quiet, staff were respectful. The room was very nice and spacious along with the bathroom. I love that theres a pool even though i didn’t get a chance to use it. Maybe next time.

I don’t like charging for parking. Guests should be allowed free parking. I left my room early morning and came back late to find the room was not clean at all. I did get a room change which I very much appreciated but ended up finding out the heat in the new room did not work, there was a used bottle of lotion, the body wash was practically empty, toothbrush, paste, etc was not already provided in the new room. I also was highly disappointed in the stains on the white towels and there not being a microwave in the room. I feel the amount paid for 2 nights wasn’t worth it based on what I experienced.
