Exceptional value for the price, easy to walk to the historic downtown, the fort, or the river. The staff member was lovely and as a solo traveller, I felt very safe during my stay.

I liked the availability of hot tea, as the room was very cool to start with.
The pillows on the bed were very small. Could use normal-sized pillows for an improved rest. I could not get the motel hair dryer to work but fortunately had brought my own. Poor pillows were our main complaint.
