King bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. Honestly my only complaint would be the free breakfast. Very lackluster and filled with pre packaged baked goods or similar items. Whatever happened to eggs and bacon? I would recommend the stay otherwise and would stay again myself.
Lackluster free breakfast. Price is slightly more expensive than others similarly in the area.

We stay at the Fireside every year when we travel to Waterville,Me to visit friends. We always have our pet chihuahua, Sunny Belle with us and she is recognized by the staff as a repeat guest. The location is right off the highway and very quiet. The facilities are always clean and up to date. Everyone on staff from check-in to checkout is always welcoming. The on site restaurant Governor's is worth the meal every time, never disappointed.

Dated and worn. Beds mushy and room a little cramped. No breakfast seating area.
