The staff was great. The breakfast was good had lots of choices.
The pillows and beds were to soft and lumpy. I prefer a firm mattress.
The TV sucked they only had a few channels that kept going out. It would not allow me to use of any apps. I wanted to use my Netflix but it wouldn't even open the app even though it was a button on the remote it had a mirroring option that did not work with my phone.
The AC was loud and sounded like a whistling engine winfing up. I

Cozy, and comfy. Great value right in the heart of everything you need. Even light rail into downtown is walking distance. Restaurants and grocery store very near by. Breakfast was good too.

The facilities is showing some lack of maintenance, but overall it was fine. I would not book another stay there though.
When coming in the front door the body odor smell from one of the front desk workers was near gagable. Do better at your hiring. The TV service in the room was very limited and reception was poor also.
