Great location and everything was clean
The beds were horrible. Felt like springs were in your back

The room was clean and comfortable. The facility and staff very nice.
The next morning we looked forward to breakfast in the lobby. However, there was work being done early that morning on the main elevator. It was super noisy with machinery while we were trying to have conversation with our friends who traveled from the U.K. to join us there. We could hardly hear what we were saying. The other disappointment was that the pool was closed for repairs. We had been traveling a long way and looking forward to a relaxing time at the pool, the reason we chose the Hilton Garden.

The property was situated in a very good location. Away from the hustle bustle. The breakfast was fresh. Staff were awesome.
The huge ac in the room and also a bit noisy.

Great location, historic building. I booked last minute and was able to get a good deal given the location. The room had a coffee machine, which is very convenient.
The WiFi was down for over 24 hours and no one could tell when it would be restored. The manager who was supposed to call me back never did.
