The rooms were very large and comfortable

Very comfy bed. Slept really well
Getting to our room was a bit of a trek! Up one elevator, down a hall, through two heavy doors, up some stairs, down a very long hall, up another elevator, back down another very long hall. My sister is in recovery after major surgery and walking carrying her bags to/from the room was not what we anticipated!

Great location and restaurant
We arrived to find all the dishes in the dishwasher (clean but not unloaded!). For the next 3 days we didn’t see any housekeeping staff. The coffee pods were the wrong size for the pot and 2 individual pods for 3 days meant we had to buy coffee filters (and coffee)

The room was nice and spacious, very comfortable.
Even though we reserved for 4 people, our room was only made up for 2. When I asked them to please prepare the fold-down bed for our 2 kids, they sent housekeeping with one (!) set of bed linens, which they gave us to put on the bed ourselves, and apologized that there were no more pillows left. The location is pretty out of town, and isn't very beautiful. Also, the pool/wellness area is pretty dodgy for a 4-star hotel, it could use some refurbishment.
