Warwick New York

Great room , comfortable bed, very clean, space to move.

No restaurant for dinner

My reservation was cancelled without any prior communication because my credit card had insufficient available credit at the time. I immediately made a new reservation on the same day for the exact same room and dates. Unfortunately, the rate had increased, and I ended up paying an additional $700 for the same accommodation. I find this situation very frustrating, as I was not given an opportunity to resolve the payment issue before my original reservation was cancelled. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and consider refunding the $700 difference.

Excellent place Best room Good service and location

Location

The window exists only formally. There was a sort of metallic construction and no light was coming through the window. You should separate such rooms and customers must be prepared for it, and able to pick room with actual windows
