Spacious rooms with lots room for luggage
I was a guest under my husbands booking as I always do ( more than 50 times) and it seemed to cause problems for the staff at check in for some reason. So then I wasn't able to use the business credit card I needed to use.

Loved our stay! Never met such welcoming staff who are so happy in their roles. The rooms are lovely, comfortable and super clean
Nothing!

Great location and comfortable rooms. The venue for the concert we went to see was in the same building area.
My sink was seriously clogged and no one could use it for the entire stay without it filling and draining so slowly and anything that was in the sink pipe floated up into the sink. It was pretty gross.
