Was one of the only options for a place to stay so wasnt expecting much, room was very clean and larger than expected.

The coffee pot did not work, Kleenex was out, the remote was difficult to figure out. The fridge freezer had a build up of ice.
We did not know where the continental breakfast was and office door was locked till 8:30. By this time we had to be on the road.

Was only white bread? yogout had an assortment, when we have stayed at other hotels with breakfast included, there were eggs and bacon or sausages. I am a diabetic, so if I ever return to Watrous, I will bring my own low carbohydrate bread, and possibly bring some hard boiled eggs from home for the stay. You had excellent coffee, and the room with kitchenette was excellent had I known before going I would have brought my own bread and a few eggs for breakfast, but for the price it was excellent value. Thank you
You can't do anything about it but the first night we could hear the trains going by, 2nd night we had adjusted.

Good location and almost well equipped rooms.
Very limited office hours.
Rooms and washroom were a bit dusty. The kitchen area was not fully cleaned.
Too expensive for the quality of the room.
