Great location, very clean and fresh smelling and rooms are cleaned daily. Very close to Disney, free parking and basic but good breakfast included. Staff are all excellent, very friendly, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this hotel, it is definitely a hidden gem.
Suites are lovely but non of the rooms have windows that open or balconies. Rooms at front of hotel are noisy due to busy road junction. Hotel staff though were really helpful in swapping our room.

Nice room, good breakfast - great coffee
Coffee in room was sub-standard.

I liked the location being close to Disney World
The room had a weird musty smell.

On a positive note, our daughter absolutely loved the pool area, which was a real highlight of her stay.
Unfortunately, our stay didn't quite meet expectations. The room was very hot, and we were unable to operate the air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable. We also found the breakfast to be below the standard we were expecting, with limited options and quality that could be be improved.
As there wasn't a bar or restaurant on-site that met our needs, we ended up using the restaurant and facilities next door instead.
There are some areas that could be improved to provide a better overall guest experience.
