I liked that the property was 8 minutes away from universal studios and the room was so clean.
The breakfast we had to pay $45.00 for at the cafe.

Just enough amenities. Good value
They were doing work on the room above mine. No notice. There was loud banging into the evening. It was only my last night.

Loved the convenience and price. While it is a motel style it is very clear that the whole complex has been recently redone and gives it a nice hotel vide instead of roadside motel. Unlike other motels we were able to buy a suite style room with a living space and two queen beds which is not something you can normally get at a motel style location.
Our only complaints were that staff in the cafe and registration area were hard to find or get a hold of. Our key cards didn’t work for the gym or main lobby after hours as we were told they were, which wasn’t a big deal we just tried it and realized it didn’t work. Both of these complaints didn’t necessarily bother us since we were mostly out of the room and were just things we noticed. Our toilet had some issues flushing but it was fixed immediately after we sent a call to the front desk.

My hotel has dead bugs, stains on the towels, and my friend saw live red ants in her bed.
