Warm welcome from the staff and and that the hotel was easy to find and situated in a nice area close to different shop outlets. All staff were met were lovely and helpful.
There was room in our room to have a sofa by the window which would have been nice as we stayed a few days

Staff was good. Location good. Rooms very clean.
The finishing glue on the bathtub edges are disgusting ld and brown/red from long time usage. Needs to be changed

The best thing about the hotel was the swimming pool and hot tub on site. Spa also available.
Located close to the airport, with free shuttle, great steak restaurant 10 minutes walk away.
WiFi went off on my last night and nothing could be done about it until the next morning. But the reception staff went the extra mile and kindly shared her hotspot with me for an emergency!
There were sometimes huge flies in the dining area.

I love the location, close to most establishments
The pool should ideally be closed to other hotel guests while an instructor is conducting swimming lessons. Since the pool is quite small, it is difficult for guests to comfortably enjoy swimming when lessons are taking place in half of the pool. At the very least, the hotel should inform guests in advance when swimming lessons are scheduled so that we can plan accordingly and make other arrangements.
