The rooms were beautiful and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The amount of food options was great, and the poolside bar has a great burger!
The toilet paper was like sand paper, I used a gas station restroom that had nicer toilet paper. The free WiFi was HORRIBLE. I couldn't even watch a YouTube short without it needing to buffer multiple times throughout a 1 minute video. No one should have to pay for WiFi. I also wish they offered free parking for those staying in the hotel. Parking was expensive on top of the nightly rate.

Renovation - nice rooms! Clean, simple, modern, fresh
Power went out in half the room (bathroom, outlets on wall across from bed), and hotel did not address it even hours after it happened; we had to ask to be moved and the move was complicated (we were locked out of old room before we had finished moving) and no one even said they were sorry this happened.

Newly refurbished, good location, good pool area.
Extortionate parking fees, would only allow a 1 hour late checkout. Our flight was not until 8.30 pm. They did not even have a courtesy shower to freshen up. Rooms not fully cleaned ( bins not emptied) Lights not working over shower.

No iron/iron board, No microwave.
I booking for a party of 4, but only 3 attended. So we asked for additional night, We we’re charged $209 plus tax with no consideration of adjusting the price because of the person not being able to attend.
