The location was good for our needs and no vehicle.

premium location walking-distance to mall, hardware in great condition, large rooms with everything you need. very nice breakfast (for north american standards).
i can't duplicate anything from the negative reviews: neither the bad smell nor anything else. we had a perfect stay. we went to the laundry shop in the city and didn't even try the basement laundromat.

Although breakfast sections are not very much what I like, it was quite OK.
Cafee maker, sink does not seem new and clean. We had to also call the staff to clean the bathtub. I expected, if this is branded hotel the comfort will be at much higher level. Rather it looks like "old hotel".
