Avis et évaluations

Location was close to my sons school; very walkable and clean; well maintained
Since it is close to the hospitals ; sirens during the night

The room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy. The hotel appears to be targeted more toward families of those receiving treatment at the many nearby medical facilities. The staff went the extra mile to be more than just conducting business, but also sensitive to the mood of family members staying there.
Parking was paid and our parking card gave us trouble.

Very good location as we wanted to be close to the museums
Basic accommodations
Quite loud with the constant ambulances blaring ... however at night it was ok
The windows need to be soundproofed
Boston is an expensive city

Comfort, cleanliness and location. It is a short walk to the major hospital where my wife was a patient for five days.
I had a hard time getting hot water in the shower in the evenings. The woman at the desk said it was necessary to let the water run for 15-20 minutes to get hot water on the upper floors. Why then would they use energy efficient low flow shower heads and then waste many gallons of water?
