We had a rental and they had off street parking, that was a real blessing (as in not having to look for parking in Boston.)
Well my wife didn't like have to share a unisex bathroom with the about 5 room.

Well located and good friendly, practical service
Green building: Stinky, filthy, noisy
Red building: kept up, clean, nice service.

The most impressively good for this place is very enthusiastic and helpful staff, Louis in particular, who had most interactions with us. The location is convenient.
To be honest, the facilities are limited and much older than we expected. The cleaning job was not that good.
