The accommodation was wonderful, really clean and very well located. We had lots of fun in all the swimming pools. We will definitely consider it again in case we visit Orlando.

I think there are some costs that I would say are abusive: 1. Parking cost of $30/day 2. Delivery cost of $10/packet (yes, per packet) [This was not informed at check-in; you realise it when you go to get the packet. Also, there is no option to meet or be warned by the hotel to receive the packets yourself]

It was a beautiful property and the room was large and very homey!

We felt very sold to from the beginning of the visit to even after the visit. At checkin to the hotel, they tried to get us to sign up for and attend some kind of session to learn more about their vacations package. It was like 2 hours at 8am on a Sunday, the day after we arrived. Why would we sit there for 2 hours when we were there for a vacation? There were constant texts the entire time about services they were providing and then when we left, they said they had a departure gift for us.... a coupon for yet another service they were selling. Due to this experience, I would never go back to a hotel like that. I just wanted to stay at the hotel, be on vacation with my family, and have a good time. I was not there to be sold to. We were also placed in a location that was right next to the front, but because of construction, we had to drive around the entire property every time we wanted to get to our unit. There was also almost never parking next to the unit, so we had to walk quite far to get to our unit. On top of that, we were paying such a high rate for parking every day. The unit itself was very nice, but all in, I was not very happy with the property and probably would not go back there.
