The ladies at the front desk were awesome. Very friendly and welcoming. The location is great. It is central to most
areas we wanted to see.
What I didn't like was only because we are older people. The hotel has great atmosphere but being in our 70's the stairs were a bit challenging. The only other thing I woud like to see changed is the light on the balcony. It would be nice if you could turn it off when we go to bed. It brightened the room a bit.

Location. Style. Comfort. Staff - especially Elaine at front desk! So helpful!
Room was slightly tired and aircon wasn’t the best although was given a fan too.

The convenience of everything being close to where I wanted to go & that it was tucked away just a few blocks from all the noise.
The staircase behind my room where I could hear folks walking up & down & banging walls with their luggage.

The charm of old new Orleans with a historic looking courtyard.
Half of the furniture surrounding the pool area was broken.
There was no way to black out the outside lights surrounding the courtyard from coming into our room. All night the motion sensor light near the swimming pool kept turning on and off. Horrible.
