Very good location

This hotel exceeded every expectation. It's in a perfect location and was directly next to the E subway line which we utilized to get to and from the JFK airport. Hotel and our room were great and the staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Hotel is very very busy
The only downfall is the bar not opening until 430 pm. We even stopped by the Library bar one afternoon and it was completely blocked off.

Location is everything, the hotel is steps away from Times Square and Central Park. The included water tickets were a nice plus. Room was good. Elevators worked great considering the amount of people.
I wish I knew about the starbucks in the lobby, and that it had good prices. Carpets look dirty. The queue in recpetion could be quite long.

Location and very comfortable beds. Excellent food in downstairs
Too busy, not pleasant queuing for breakfast (unimpressive buffet), too noisy on Saturday night, small rooms with dated facilities and awful water pressure.Rooms very dark.
