It's a value inn and set your expectations accordingly. But if what you need is a place to sleep, that's reasonably clean with a place to park and even good size fridge and a hot shower, then. This is perfect. The value is unmatched for the area and makes it an added bonus. Is the attentiveness of your host, Mimi the black cat
As I said before, it's a value inn with minimal food and drink availability. But there are stores and restaurants nearby. The only thing that really bothers me about the location is that it's on a regional highway and near train tracks, so there's always the possibility of being woken up by a train and hearing the trucks go by pretty early in the morning.

Hosts have been kind and accommodating
For a few nights in the region it's a good price given what we get
The rooms on the street can be a bit loud because of traffic so maybe sleeping in the back if you're a light sleeper?

Friendly check in, good rate, decently clean with fresh smelling towels and bedding. I loved the resident cat!
Outdated in serious need of renos. It is up for sale, so I imagine it won't be done anytime soon. Weird smells, and beds were on the hard side. They could also do with some better outside lighting.
