It was clean, spacious enough for 2 and was in a quiet area. Given the number of trucks we thought it might get noisy. It was anything but. The owner was pleasant. Check-in and out were easy. Probably the best part was it was $ less than anything else close by.
A few bits of furniture were stressed but still usable. The pillows were all hard and there was no hair dryer. No restaurants in 3 Hills had breakfast.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable.
The water was not hot so the shower/bath was cool or luke warm only. The coffee machine did not work. We moved it around to check the outlets but the machine itself was not working. The fridge was turned off and we didn't realize it until the following morning, since we arrived late at night.
Would recommend going in the room prior to guest checking in (we had reservations) and turn the fridge on, turn up the heat, and also check appliances and increase water temperature.
