Very comfortable room and bed. Friendly staff. Modern entertainment system that allowed you to stream multiple apps (not just the standard one)

For the Westin brand and the price, I expected more. -High pile carpeting makes it very difficult to roll your suitcase(s) to your room. Really a strange choice for an airport hotel. -Room service menu: it's only a fraction of what is offered at the downstairs restaurant. And it's only the healthy portion of the menu like bowls, salads. If you want something like a steak or pasta, you can't get it through room service. Why? -Timing of housekeeping: why would you let housekeeping knock on hotel room doors as early as 9:30am when checkout isn't until noon? Is there no internal communication on which guests have checked out and which haven't?

Large comfortable room.

The long line at check-in. Unless a guest has a Bonvoy account it is necessary to pay for WIFI.

Fancy marble bathroom but very slippery tub with no grab bars. You will get sued someday by someone who gets injured. No nightlight in bathroom. No non-slip bathtub mat. We had to request one. Our room on floor 3 was right over all the air vents etc. Very noisy. Silly to have the closet in the bathroom. Very narrow. Had to request a second chair. It was a room for 2 people with only one chair.
