Location was excellent.

The location, the water was very hot,and the AC was good,and the staff was great.
Elevator didn't work had to walk up 3 flights wasn't the worst but I would of preferred an elevator .

Great location and value for money.
Room were basic but clean
Beds were very squeaky, and bit on the firm side.
Lack of air-conditioning control, it seemed to be controlled somewhere else

The number one selling point is the location, and with the right room, the view!
It’s an old hotel with minimal facilities, no daily cleaning of the rooms, no breakfast and the air conditioning cannot be controlled from the room (ask for a blanket). The bed was noisy and not very comfortable.further more we heard the music from the club next door, but that is understandable on the ocean drive madness.
