Hotel Chateaubleau

Room was spacious and comfortable. Cute little desk and sitting area. Plenty of light. The cutest dog in the world! Such a doll. The owner's dog was a ray of sunshine. The greek restaurant downstairs, adorable! Everyone is very kind. A nightclub at night Friday and Saturday. Super nice idea to bring everyone together. Love it love it! The fountain in front was cute and a lovely view. LOVE the antique pictures of the hotel since it is over 100 years old. So it has gorgeous charm which i appreciate and love. We always try to book historical hotels. And this one didn't disappoint. Love the outdoor area where the trees area and how they hang. Pool is quaint and gives an old charm to it. Waiting room is spacious with beautiful ambiance. Overall lovely lovely hotel. Thank you!

Cons - Bedroom Room 210. Mind you. The hotel is going through renovations and spoke to one of the most nicest ladies in the hotel. Very knowledgeable and helpful regarding the hotel. Below are some of our honest feedback on what could be done to better amp up our room which may be helpful for other rooms as well. Curtain: Did not close all the way. Had to use a hair clip to close it completely. Not a big deal but a small detail that gets overlooked but appreciated tremendously for privacy Balcony: Appreciated that we had a balcony but it needs a lot of work. There were only chairs and no table to be able to sit down comfortably outside. I didn't like the flooring of the balcony could use a revamp (major.) Vase, a plant. Something to bring it together. Bathroom: Oh boy this is going to be a bit. The curtain was a major issue. It kept falling on my husband's head and a couple of times it fell while I was showing. We had the lady come in and take a look and take note and maintenance is supposed to take care of today. It was rusted and the towel rack also had some rust on it as well. I would replace the curtain as well. I was deathly afraid of turning the shower knob since the left one was extremely tough to turn and was terrified of turning it. These still don't do the hotel justice. The staff, the area, our furry hotel concierge all give a wonderful charm to this hotel. Keep it up guys. Looking forward to booking again and hope some of these changes you can take care of.

Beautiful, retro vibe. Incredible value. Great location. Staff was fantastic as was the delicious Greek restaurant in the lobby!
