Great staff and was able to use the shuttle for most days to another location to attend an event
Would have been nice for having shuttle more days or earlier in the day as well. But besides was perfect

Location and daily breakfast buffet
There hardly was cool water. The shower and faucet dispensed only hot water

Comfortable bed. Great air conditioning. Great water pressure in the shower. The full breakfast was nice with sausage, potatoes, and premade omelets. And they had a free shuttle bus to Truist park for the rock concert- that was so convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The only issue was the bathroom sink was slow to drain

Clean and comfortable
The front desk staff lack personnel skills to be in that position. There were two ladies that provided good service and the remainder need training on hospitality golden rules.
