The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Our view wasn’t great but the room was clean.

The bed was comfortable. The location was good in the seaport area. We were happy to get a seat at the bar to watch the Bruins game.
The tv's were antiquated in the bar (very poor picture quality) as we were trying to watch the Bruins. I also wanted dessert and I was told at 9:45 that I couldn't get that because the kitchen staff was done for the night...it was a Saturday night!

The bed though was really nice.
What I didn't like were the pillows. They were too soft, no firmness to them, like what I'm use to.
After paying, what I considered to be VERY high hotel rate, we still have to pay for our breakfast, The $20.00 off was a joke, it took our bill down to $66 plus tip for basically a continental buffet breakfast.

Great location, nice area, spacious , comfortable .
The service was not up to the Standards of Westin Hotel brand, the bathroom was not working properly and the Concierge did not have any information about the City .
