Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. The room had all the necessary amenities and it was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and the restaurant was very nice and neat.
The shuttle that takes you to the parks has specific hours that are either after park opening and/or earlier than park closing. So if you plan to be early at the parks or want to stay for closing it's better to take an uber or your own vehicle. Also booking.com says there's free airport shuttle and there isn't, you have to schedule and pay a private pick up.

Location was great and rooms accommodate very comfortably families. The hotel restaurant and pool areas were excellent and a very pleasant atmosphere for families to enjoy.

The outdoor resort and restaurant area were amazing
Our suite seemed outdated and furniture appeared old and run down.

location was good, pool was good.
Bathroom fixtures were loose and not well maintain. Toilet handle loose and stuck. Toilet top full of mold, never maintained. Couch very-very uncomfortable. pillows too big and hard. TV signal kept saying weak signal and cut off content. refrigerator was making a lot running noise.
