It is a house that has two apartments, one in the back and one in the front. This is not specified in the reservation nor in the communications we received from the owner. We had trouble opening the front door, so we went to the one in the back. But then it worked to open the front one. Luckily, there was no one in the apartment behind us, otherwise they would have gotten a fright. The one we stayed in has two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen and dining area, but it doesn't match the photos in the Booking.com listing, as it's older.

The photos of that apartment do not match the photos advertised; this one is older and has worse decor. This is serious! Each apartment should have its own listing and photos. There's a step leading to one of the bedrooms. The owner only sent the access code at 2:30 pm when I no longer had internet access. We had to find a place with internet access to see the message on Booking. She should send it a day earlier so people can feel more at ease. The noise was coming from the neighbor in the other apartment, as you could clearly hear people walking or talking, even if they were speaking quietly. It's located far from the center of Rocky Harbor. The price is high compared to the wonderful, new, and beautifully decorated 2-bedroom cottage we had the previous nights on the south side of Gross Morne. There should be a curtain on the kitchen window, as we are exposed to the highway and neighbors, which scared me at night. There could be blackout curtains on the bedroom windows. The sheets are of poor quality. Cheap bed, somewhat uncomfortable.

Clean, nice and a good size

Decent place with what we needed and it's fairly spacious. It's only a two-unit property that has lots of parking. On the day of our arrival the weather wasn't the best, so we called and they had no issue with us getting in a bit early. Lovely town with nice places to eat and convenience stores.

The units are in a converted business which took us by surprise. The units themselves are fine, but when you drive up, it will not look like you expect. In the living room area we could hear next door a bit but nothing in the bedrooms. Would be a bonus if they had a washer / dryer. Location is not in the core areas of the town.
