The location is good -- very close to restaurants and the downtown. The bed was very comfortable.
The room we had was on the third floor, with a VERY steep staircase. The room was dark. The living area had one window mostly used up by a window air conditioner. The bedroom had one small window. Breakfast was left outside the room in a cooler, and was not great. Considering the rate for the room, we expected a much better breakfast.

The house is stunning, immaculately clean and very welcoming. Our garden suite was pleasant. The breakfast basket left outside your room was lovely, it was nice to be able to take it inside to dine with a fresh hot coffee too.
Easy walk to the water and surrounded by beautiful quiet greenery.
The window air flow wasn’t sufficient enough for the warm muggy evening, our room was quite warm!

Beautiful property with well appointed rooms.

Queen room with a garden view is totally misleading as one is lead to assume your assigned accommodation will be in the Inn!
