Everything was so neat,clean and all that was needed to keep the family happy.From the supplies in kitchen needed for cooking,comfortable beds....ocean view to pools.My grandchildren really enjoyed the inside lazy river!!
My husband & I got aggravated by going to time share and they not listening when told we didn't want.Great presentation but for me being 73 years old and paying on time share for 10 years,I'd most likely be in a nursing home...Had a heart attack and had to get permission from my Doctor to take this trip .

Room and location was great. Direct access to pool and beach was nice
Never received credit for my deposit. $304.00. That's like stealing. There were four adults in the room and we left it very clean. I was told my deposit would be credited back to my card very soon. It never happened. Make sure you add any deposit to the cost of the room because they keep it. Bad business!!

The parking is horrible and spots are close together and they are adamant on you not booking through 3 party sites

Location and the DJ/Pool Party on Monday & Wednesday.
My room wasn't thoroughly cleaned prior to arrival with no cleaning service the entire stay, with the exception of my request for the to mop the bathroom floor due to stains. The apartment had a strong odor upon arrival. My room was directly in front of the elevator. So, it was very noisy. Not all Guest Services staff were friendly.
