Ramada by Wyndham Flamingo Water Park

Everything good , the only thing was the water park is out of service is very damage butt still have a pool nice and play ground for the kids 😀

The tiky bar was close monday the june 22 after fathers day obvious monday lol but all the rest of everithyng was perfect.

The staff was friendly and the room was fairly clean

The hotel is advertised and sold as a hotel with a water park. However, after making the reservation and paying, we received a message just one day before our arrival informing us that the water park was not operational. What is particularly concerning is that, once you arrive, it is very clear that this is not a recent breakdown. Judging by the condition of the facilities, the water park appears to have been out of service for a long time. This makes the way the hotel is advertised feel very misleading, especially since the water park was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. The overall condition of the hotel is also very disappointing. The walls are badly deteriorated, the chairs and tables are extremely worn, and the communal areas show a serious lack of maintenance. The whole property is clearly in need of significant repairs, maintenance and renovation. I do not think it is acceptable to advertise a hotel using a water park as one of its main attractions, take customers’ reservations and payments, and then inform them only one day before arrival that the facility is unavailable, particularly when its condition strongly suggests that this was known well in advance. Had we been properly informed about the condition of the hotel and the closure of the water park before booking, we would have chosen another hotel.
