Property is about 7 to 10 minutes from Memorial Stadium. It is about half the price of hotels closer to the stadium on football weekends. It is a motel and no-frills other than a good bed to sleep in in a good shower and clean room. But that’s all I needed.
Versus my expectations, the RRI Champaign really met and or exceeded. I think the stairways and outdoor areas could be updated and made more contemporary, but the rooms were fine.

Our room was clean and neat. The desk clerk was very nice. We didn't want to spend a lot of money for our one night visit, so Red Roof Inn fit bill. The location was good.
The bathroom was a bit dated.

Great location and value
The room was clean but it did smell like they were trying to cover up a foul odor
