The staff is so friendly, helpful and genuine. This is my favorite hotel and I’ll be back again.
Only that I wasn’t there longer.

The hotel was lovely. Very charming interior. Hardwood floors, spacious rooms, large walk in closet. Minkaire ceiling fans. Comfortable bed. Great location if you want to walk to tourist areas.
No coffee. They had an electric kettle and a couple bags of instant coffee and herbal tea. There is a local coffee shop Nextdoor, which was helpful. A CVS was also across the
Street. Their restaurant was a bar with some small plate options. There a lot neighborhood restaurants that were pretty good. There was no real housekeeping service. Would have to call in you needed anything. There is no elevator, or dumb waiter. Have to schlep your bags up stairs, unless you’re on first floor

Lovely hotel. Went for a last minute trip to a game and this hotel was close, beautiful and affordable.

The hotel was nicely located and decorated and the staff was very nice and tried to be helpful.
There were bedbugs. The staff tried to help and offered a different room but they really should have in place already a clear solution without equivocation because the bugs could have simply spread if the room change happened without proper containment of the textiles. Note, I was with a group and the only one affected. Nonetheless: It’s very stressful and hotel might want to consider providing more premium care for the pricepoint?
