Great location and staff/owner was fantastic - helpful, attentive and responsive. Facility was great.

Room was clean and very quiet. Could park right n front of room.

No instructions for using tv remote. No housekeeping. One of lightbulbs out in light fixture over the sink.

Reasonable price for the day and location. A lot of “personality”.

Unsightly wiring for microwave & refrigerator. Missing dome on overhead light fixture.

We have stayed here many times and thought it was an okay place while in Napa. This time, things were different. Bed was okay and room clean.

We had booked two rooms for ourselves and our friends. There was a medical emergency with our friends husband. He was at Emergency and was being admitted to the hospital, one day before our reservation. I called and emailed but the would not cancel the second room reservation. We went and they charged us for both rooms and then gave us one of the worst rooms we have ever had when staying there. The water ran brown from the tap and the bathroom and room was super tiny. We were disappointed by management since we have stayed there many time before and had planned to stay there again. Booking.com said they would refund if hotel agreed. They did not. Very disappointing experience.
