The front desk staff members were very friendly and helpful. One of them, brought bedding to the room for the sofa bed. The housekeeping staff were friendly and readily available to assist. The dining staff were extremely courteous and created a warm, welcoming, atmosphere. The food was great!
The sofa bed needed replacement! I showed pictures to the front desk representative at checkout. Also, the ATM was out of funds and there wasn't any notification on or near the machine indicating that there was an issue. I was only made aware of this when I inquired at checkout.

Location is fine. Lounge area comfortable. Bed is comfortable. The room is a decent size.
The front desk associates are not friendly. I have stayed here a few times and almost every visit, I do not feel welcome.
They are a visitors first impression of the hotel. A smile, a few kind words, and please have them offer to let someone know if anything is needed. I have mentioned these things in the past, but nothing has changed.
