Noisey all night. There were people in the courtyard talking and laughing as though no one else were staying there.
The Fixture in bathtub needed repair.........Fixture in sink was so loose I thought it might drop off.....Bathroom needs soap and water.....door facings on both sides of the doors need to be washed.....overall clean of the walkway for remnants of people smoking out there....it was gross.

This is a budget motel ... don't expect 5 star but it is clean, comfortable and has everything you need, including a laundry. Reception guy was really helpful and friendly. Pool was good and plenty of TV channels.
There is a Subway on site and a little market shop a couple of blocks away. Very close to Amtrak.
Nothing. Enjoyed our stay.
