The location, It was quiet: the staff was friendly. I loved the restaurant and the staff.
I requested a refrigerator a week in advance never received one nor did anyone inform me that I couldn't receive one.

We love the location and price. We also love to see Wallace’s smiling face! He is a 5 star employee! Friendly and helpful!
Pool was not open or rooftop deck this stay, which we always enjoy. Rooms could use some updating (carpet especially, some stains on chairs etc.) but for the price it’s ok.

The location was amazing, close to the river and downtown, and one street away from bars and restaurants. The beds were super comfortable, the room was clean and the staff were very helpful. They let us keep our bags at the hotel before and after our stay for a few hours. The restaurant under the hotel wasn’t bad either.
The walls are very thin, and our room was by the ice machine. I would suggest a sign on the machine to not use after 11 pm or so, because it is jarringly loud and can wake you up even with ear plugs. You can hear neighbors through the vents, and like any big city the traffic is very loud outside. Also I appreciate the cleaning staff, but they started cleaning at 8/9 in the morning and the vacuuming will wake up and people wanting to sleep in.

Convenient location, big room, good layout, clean sheets, AC kept room cold
Booked specifically for the pool/gym facilities over another hotel only to see at check in that they were closed for a few weeks. The hotel corridors are quite rundown and off putting when you arrive. While the room itself is clean and spacious for a city hotel, curtains and towels felt old and dirty, AC was extremely loud. Front desk staff were not overly helpful compared to other hotel stays.
