The hotel was new and modern. Super quiet rooms.
Rooms are smaller in size but perfect for short term stays

Easy, friendly check in. Very clean. Good sized room. Walk in shower. A Tim's and Skytrain right across the street. Downtown Vancouver was way outside our budget. Stayed in Surrey for 3 nights and it was a straight run 40 mins) on the Skytrain to Granville.

The staff were great/lovely and very helpful.
The restaurant and bar staff were also lovely.
The location worked as we had very easy access to the sky train but I wouldn’t want to walk in the area at night.

Comfortable bed
This is a small hotel, the smaller of the towers in the picture. I paid for a corner room with "city panoramic views" and got a 5th level floor overlooking a busy building site. Offered a higher floor but only standard room alternative and no refund.
