Modern, clean rooms. Staff very accommodating and friendly and made an effort to celebrate my mums 70th birthday.
Rooms were quite small.

They gladly held our bags so that we could attend our event and check in late at night was super easy. Coffee in the morning was very good.
Valet doesn't start till 7am which makes it difficult if you want to leave earlier.

There were additional charges added unexpectedly that we were not told. Apparently, they charge you for being near TD Garden. I explained that we were there for my wife's medical appointment at Mass General Hospital. Furthermore, they weren't any events going on during our duration. There very disappointed.
