Housekeeping didn’t clean my room

Very nice and clean. Updated rooms and comfortable bed! Restaurant adjacent to hotel.

Couldn’t figure out where handicapped parking was located.

Location the hotel bar. the pool. They only opened the pool after we complained..

The pool was closed at check in 3 pm. I asked about..it's closed for cleaning I was told. Why didn't y'all clean it in the morning I said. First thing you wanna do when you get to your hotel after traveling is use the pool. They only opened it after I got a white guy to complain. I am Mexican Brown they didn't pay attention to me. Only to him

Convenient location. AC was nice and cold

I could hear the house keeping staff loudly talking in the hallways, yelling to each other for different things they needed when they were tending to rooms at different times of the day. AM and PM. The restaurant Casa Tulum attached to the hotel was raunchy and food wasn’t good. Service was bad. A hotel has to be appropriate for families. I shouldn’t be served by someone wearing fish net stockings and literally half of her butt was hanging out from the bottom of her shorts. The whole female staff was dressed like this and was more suitable for a dirty old man bar. My actual room was very humid.
