L’emplacement est au calme et pourtant à 5 min des remontées et 20 min à pieds du centre. La résidence comporte plusieurs appartements. Seuls 4 ou 5 étaient occupés lors de notre séjour. Appartement tout confort jusqu’au nécessaire pour cuisiner.

Absence d’information sur l’adresse de la conciergerie qui gère les clés. Elle est au centre du village (main village). Le nom ski inski out n’existe pas. Adresse exact à confirmer avec la conciergerie

It was a good location. There were a lot of supplies available which made the stay easy. It was handy having a car parking space. Lots of equipment, laundry facilities, etc ,

The bunk bed room was not ideal for an adult, the room was small, with no window. I am sure it would be suitable for small children but wouldn’t recommend for adults, one or two.

Very comfortable home with a lot of space and beds for guests. Very clean and host was great at responding to questions/issues.

Key pick up location is nowhere near the actual property, so once you pick up the keys you then have to taxi ten minutes out of the village to get to the actual location. The pick up location (Deer Lodge) also does not show up on Apple Maps, which makes things confusing. Additionally, the checking in process was extremely confusing and disrupted our trip. We were told that we did not need a key as we only needed a passcode, and then we taxied to the building and found that we did indeed need a key and could not enter the building. Once we finally got in, the code that we had for the door was incorrect, and it took 30 minutes on the phone with the booking company at Deer Lodge to finally get one that worked while we all sat outside the room. The host was helpful and apologetic, but it was very inconvenient, especially at night time. The actual stay was good, but after we left my deposit was withdrawn an additional time from my bank account (and then returned), however when I rang up to enquire about this, the booking company denied ever taking another deposit from my account, even though I was staring at it on my phone. They were dismissive and unhelpful, and just told me it must be a bank issue. I called my bank and lo and behold, they did indeed withdraw $1000 twice from my account, because they had paid me my deposit back twice? This was a three hour ordeal that was extremely frustrating and I wasn't offered any help.
