Cape Cod Inn

Location! We had chosen The Inn because on our last trip to The Cape we had loved the fact it was right in the heart of Hyannis. Easy walking access to everything from shopping, dining and drinking!! Sonny and Zee (owners of the Inn)were of the utmost Host when checking in. I had accidently booked 2 rooms and when my name came up for registering I was quite embarrassed to say the least. Sonny was kind enough to cancel and not charge me for the second room. "Much appreciated" I said with a smile. Also the fact that they have their own parking lot was a nice touch as we were able to check out, leave the car there as we spent the early day sight seeing prior to moving on to our final destination of Truro. No complaints from this visitor and DEFINITELY would recommend this FINE, friendly establishment.

The coffee in the room but that`s nothing new because I`ve yet to get any GOOD coffee in any Hotel/Motel. No matter the stay!

The gentleman who checked us in was very helpful and accommodating. The room was a lot bigger than I expected and was extremely clean. The bed was also very comfortable.

It was clean and the linens and bedding were nice. It had flooring instead of carpeting. The AC unit worked well and was quiet. There was adequate parking and was outside was well lit. The location was right in the center of town and within walking distance to restaurants, shops and the harbor.

Paint was peeling and chipped in several areas. The tub was old and very dated. The back windows opened up into a large storage facility. The rooms are small but adequate, but felt dark. With some serious upgrades and a facelift with an updated look it would be nice. There is no pool or breakfast included.
