Large room, comfortable bed, quiet
Better paid parking instructions before registering. There is nowhere to park before getting parking ticket, and no instructions. Otherwise, parking was convenient.

Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. One came out to show where the outside elevator was located. Pleasantly surprised by how nice this facility was, and will stay there again when traveling.

Location of our room, the luggage storage
The person at the desk booked our shuttle to the airport. I told her we needed space for 13 people. She then booked 2 more passengers who ran to get on the shuttle before us. We were faced with possibly missing our flight due to her mistake of overlooking the shuttle. It caused a lot of unnecessary stress. The driver made an exception to his usual routine and did 2 trips to the airport instead of the one he normally did.
